Which Mini PC should I choose for office use?
If you need a Mini PC for office work, we recommend the Neo series, which provides reliable performance for productivity tasks. For basic office work, the Neo 5 with a Quad-Core processor is ideal. If you need higher performance, consider our i3 or i5-based Mini PCs.
What operating systems do you provide?
We offer Mini PCs with the following operating systems: Windows, Ubuntu Linux, Thinux Embedded Linux (our optimized Linux OS).
I have specific software; will it work on your Neo Mini PC?
We’d be happy to assist you in checking the compatibility of your software with our Neo Mini PC. To ensure the best experience, you can either share the software with us for testing, or if you prefer, you can try it yourself by purchasing the Neo Mini PC. Can I upgrade the RAM or storage?
Yes, the RAM can be upgraded up to 64GB, and storage options range from 128GB to 1TB SSD.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective or damaged products. Returns must be requested within this period.
What are the warranty terms for the Neo Mini PC?
We offer a 1-year standard warranty (return to bench service). Extended 3-year warranty is also available.
